Sahaa Technologies is hiring dynamic HR Recruitment Specialists to drive our corporate talent acquisition and staffing operations across Tamil Nadu and pan-India.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
Screen candidates via telephonic and technical assessment rounds.
Coordinate with client hiring managers to understand exact skill criteria.
Maintain active candidate pipelines in our talent database.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor???s or Master???s in Human Resources (MBA/MSW) preferred.
Proven track record in IT or non-IT recruitment with strong telephone etiquette.
High energy, proactive attitude, and persuasive communication skills.
